Susan has 16+ years of experience in commercial and residential brokerage in the St. Louis market. Over her career in brokerage, Susan has been tremendously fortunate to have been able to develop strong business and personal relationships with a diverse group of talented and intelligent clients (buyers/ sellers, landlords / tenants ) and colleagues of professional excellence. Her recent transition to opening the offices of Rome West Realty LLC resulted from a desire to continue to energetically promote the entire St Louis region through personal service, expertise in real estate brokerage and a true love of St. Louis. Susan chose 'Rome West' to celebrate the similarities of two cities rich in beautiful architecture, outstanding cultural institutions and great people.

Paul Sauer, Sales & Leasing Agent

After running a successful commercial photography studio for 20+ year with his family, Paul obtained his real estate license in 2007. Since he has been involved in sales and leasing of both commercial and residential property in the St. Louis area. In addition to real estate sales and leasing, Paul worked from 2008 - 2015 as an area property manager for ND&S Management Company. His duties included the general management of both commerical and residential properties - including maintenance, contracting with other service providers, leasing and marketing . Paul has a creative background, an eye for detail. He is knowledgeable in building construction and systems. He approaches each client and their project with careful thought and focused vision towards helping them to reach their goals.

Alexia Anderson, Sales & Leasing Agent

Alexia is excited about working with Rome West Realty LLC as a Sales Associate. She has a Bachelor of Science from Florida A&M University in Accounting. She previously was the Staff Accountant for Build-A-Bear where she specialized in the company’s commercial retail leases. She has always had a high interest and passion for real estate and community development.
